Premenstrual Relief

August 20th, 2009

My premenstrual symptoms always include acne, it’s a horrible thing, it really is.  I somehow always get one huge zit in the middle of my forehead.  That’s not a nice thing of course, and quite frankly, I always have to find a new way to deal with it no matter how good my current acne system is.  Now I’ve found that birth control actually helps to keep it down and when on that, I don’t actually have the huge breakouts.

But in addition, you should keep in mind that you can balance out your hormones and help yourself to get rid of those nasty premenstrual symptoms in general such as headaches, depression, cramps, greasy hair, and weight gain among other things that can be annoying to say the least.  You can take certain natural things like soy, which mimics estrogen in some ways, and that will definitely help you to get some of the better results you are looking for without all the hassle.  This will also naturally help you to reduce your acne and otherwise help yourself out a little.  Soy can be found through various supplements and various foods depending on your likes, and it’s good for the diet anyway.
